I can get my salary before 1st of every month that was amazing other than that there nothing to say good about the company.

They want from you only work, they won't bother about your personal issues and during the work there would be some one ( men all the time ) for support but they never ever help you purely unless you are a female. You can get the pressure in tons during the work. There is no growth and other opportunities to develop our skills. There is no gym,no outing, no swimming pool. My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
