Good batchmates, nice manager(sometimes get frustrated by pressure of performance by upper managers),good environment, work from home

Salary:( didn’t got appraisal that much only 600rs increase in salary lol, work time( if you’re working from home you will have to work like a robot and only 1 hr break rarely may get exception, in office can get more exception in break, I took 2:30 hr break sometimes next day my manager scratched his head for exception reason, poor promotion even if you preformed well(politics)

There is nothing you like here all the waste and dumb people here managers also uneducated and they are only promoting there fav..ones and HR is also a shit person in wheelz process because a single person does not know about there HR who is ur HR. no safety for girls in this company every manager and SME try to set girls in this organization and also after so many complaints there is no HR and manager involve just change the LOB i think wheelz is such a shit process so that's why all LOB's are going Ramp down again and again because in this process there is no single person who is educated at the upper level position all are fake by there face and the reality is different. Management is dumb and stupid i think thiss is the worst process in concentrix . So please do not join concentrix if you are joining in wheelz process and specially there trainers 2 trainers at there starting onb..process both are non sense and did not know.how to speak with the agents and all just waste my 1 year here with the hope of growth but this is only nightmare so plzz don't join thiss process specially....Read More

All things is not good from training too end manager all are uneducated. Just they are here to impress girls not doing work so here iss the main reasons of there LOB's ramp down. Trainers did not know what to teach and what to do all trainers are stupid and did not know about the process what is going on and what was in the process just try to explain only some points and rest have to be learn on production floor so thats wjy there Lob's got rampdown because of the trainers and managers. It is good if the wheelz process will be shut down asap because it is waste process....Read More
