Almost everything. Specially there is no job security. After working for many years, one day without any notice the manager told me that I was not good fit and I was taken out of the company even of I gave my blood and sweat for the company for many years. I had no job as they told me that they never fire any employees. But suddenlythey did so. I have only thought my manager, SME as Concentrix till I worked there but now when I am not of this company then I feel who Concentrix was. I had a relation with this company.
