Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

I have never seen any Private companies pay employees at the time of COVID Pendamic except Concentrix. So, there are lot of value in Job Security.Very much pleasent to work and also like a familiar place. Well supportive and Perfect Judgment management. Very reasonable and truthful Policies, will help employees safety and their family too.
