It is amazing company, from here i have learnt many new technologies and also at conative it solution there is no any issue about salary and appraisal, but the thing is there are only small level projects but from that project we can learn new things, my experience was really amazing here.

The main issue here is technoly growth there is only wordpress and laravel here.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
