Good work-life balance, No toxicity. Supportive Seniors. (But don't be someone who needs spoon-feeding)

Dislikes

I can feel there's no growth if the work pressure subsides due to the lack of projects. On the other hand, it can get hectic, with high-pressure deadlines based on clients.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
