Only few teammates are keen to learning and are helpful, others are busy in politics

Dislikes

First of all, work appreciation is not there. Marketing & Office admin are busy in blame game. Yes, staff training is there but it is not staff's choice. It's decided by admin. You remain overburden by training and official work and hence cannot balance your work and life. If you are trying to do some out of the box innovation, nobody helps you out.

Most boring. Always remain in depression.
