Here are pointers about the sinking ship of the body shop company: . Just one tenth of employees vs number shown on LinkedIn . Incompetent leadership at top who are leaching on margins of body shop employees pay . Instead of hiring FTEs CD is opting for contract resources or freelancers even for L&D . Beware: WFH or Hybrid FTE willbe converted to 4 hour Contract . Extreme level of Sir culture under top management. You may loose your job if you fail to say sir. . No desk for FTE. It keeps changing. Even office space keeps Changing from skymark to shared working space . Nepotism: Married couples, Siblings, Parents-Kids, Uncle-Nephew nexus exist in office . Hire & Fire culture because of poor sales cycle .
