There is a lot of issues regarding the exit policy. If you leave the company within 3 years, the company does not offer a relieving letter until an exorbitant amount of 6lakhs INR(which happens to be my one year salary) is paid to compensate the training they have provided. The 3-month training provided is mostly on basic concepts of HEOR(available on public domain), Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Moreover, all communications regarding exit from the company is done informally over phone. Frequent change of company policies is prevalant. Additionally, you cannot join a competing domain which makes 3 years of toil and hard work in this company go to waste....Read More
