At my job, they help me grow by giving me access to new learning opportunities on the latest technology. My managers are really supportive and encourage me to do my best. The training session boost my confidence and makes me beeter at communicating. Every month, I got feedback on how I'm doing and where I can Improve my technical skills. My journey with Complere has been going great. My daily tasks keep me occupied. Annu is my mentor, and she helps me to solve my blockers, to guide me. Though I work virtually, still I managed to gain knowledge about different technologies and tools. Pitstop helped me a lot in all to improve my skills. All in all this platform is superb for Interns who are looking for growth in IT industry.

As of now I don't feel there is any drawback in the company's policy or work culture. Complere has a transparent work culture where the organization is open and honest about its work and policy.
