Teammates are jus like a family, Every year they give good training in different place, it jus like a tour for the refreshment of employees. The organisation will not remove from the job depends on age. Cfca gives promotion & encourage employees depends on performance. Depends on employee performance the salary increases. They give travel allowance. The work environment in Cfca is just like a family. Every year Cfca come back with innovative ideas and develops the employees thinking ideas and serve the sponsor child families very well. I dislike about late evenings because of the regular meetings.

Work Details

In the Cfca work is always challenge and exiting. Every time I just try to do smart work not hard work. The task is repetitive. But I did my level best . I always ready with the year plan , month plan and weekly plan. I just go with that calendar.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)
