Well, comm bank is newly set up in India. They are still struggling to transition projects from Australia. If things doesn't go with there way, they can release you immediately. I am the prime example of this. Our entire team has been laid off recently. They believe in hire and fire rules. No one can predict the future in comm bank specifically in India.

They said atleast we had job security in ANZ but here they can fire you anyday so whoever is joining make sure you give 100 percent everyday. Everyday means you have to give everyday.

Logic doesn't work over here, they say they want curious mindset but they will kill your curiosity the moment you join the company.
They throw around things like performance improvement plans like it's nothing. For eg a person got an error for one month the very next month they got put into PIP. They want people to work like robots and they also check your break timings pulling reports how long you are away from the system.
