Appraisal and Incentive Process needs to be streamlined.Meetings have to happen and employees need to be heard when they are giving appraisal!

Work Details

Working with Collabera has been good so far. It carries both pros and cons but when you are at your initial stage of professional career one can ignore the cons and just focus on learning and growing through various opportunities which comes to you.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
