• Management is not supportive. • 24×7 Work Culture • Frequent Relocation without any reason • No fix date for salary • No job security • No week off & you can't go anywhere even for haircut you have to take permission from management • So many rude calls for security refunds (Ex Residents ) • No repair and maintenance team available for every small problem RFM have to search electrician, plumber etc. • Contract basis job • Company have no reputation in the market...Read More
