Peak of politics, no job security they may fire you at anytime without any prior notice intimation, there is no FnF settlement, they ask us to pay 2 months salary in advance to get relieving letter, before firing any employee they hold 1 month salary of the employee, Salary never on time always credited after 7th date, You get to learn so many abusive and slang filthy words from drivers everyday and most barbarous thing is that drivers keep calling you even during midnight times bcoz company does not release drivers payment and those ppl irritate you this happens in all cities wherever cogos is running its office operations finally sometimes you need to land in police station as well when complaint raised by drivers even this time company is least bothered of employee managers reply its your headache we are paying you salary for handling these issues also what the fish,,Drivers threaten you sometimes, High rate of attrition all talent ppl leave the org for better growth and scrap who are zero talent are Left in the org and boot liking is major talent needed, a BIG zero HR policies worthless HR dont even know how to speak with colleagues bossy type culture. The owner of the company is a big scammer, PLZ shutdown this company you are suitable in logistics industry there is so much negativity in the market from both drivers and customers end.
