Company always looking forward for their own sort of benefits and if you have any demand regarding your work they have simple answer that is do resign. Mismanagement of HR, deducting salary was unjustifiable and also was not resolved. It's better to leave without serving any notice period here because while following the resignation process they might deduct your almost 80% salary without any information or any reason.
