No work life balance, job security and opportunities for permanent roles. They pull you for SMEs, TLs, Trainers, and QAs and once the seasonal business grows, they send you back to the associate role. They never work on upskilling individuals but uses them and send them back to so the associate role ie taking chats. Sheer politics and favouritism is there within the management for which no one takes action and we have no option to left with other than leaving the job....Read More

I am writing to express my concerns regarding the compensation practices in our organization. Specifically, I have observed a significant disparity between the salaries of long-tenured employees and those of newly hired agents. Employees who have been with the company for over two years, including myself, are on a salary range of ₹30,000 to ₹34,000. In contrast, new hires are reportedly being offered ₹45,000 to ₹50,000. Additionally, regular salary increments aligned with company policies and market standards appear to be lacking, which has left me feeling undervalued in my current role as an SME. I believe that providing fair and competitive compensation to tenured employees is essential for fostering satisfaction and motivation within the workforce. Recognizing the contributions of agents with more than two years of service by aligning their salaries with market standards not only ensures equity but also enhances their commitment and productivity. Offering better opportunities and salary structures will not only value their dedication but also create a positive work environment where employees feel appreciated and empowered to excel. After careful consideration, I have decided to seek new opportunities that align with my professional expectations. As such, I plan to resign from my position by January 2025 or earlier. III rd class. * They have a very heigh F.T.E attrition rate either they leave or are fired. * Force u to come on atleast 2 Saturdays. * Small company too much of politics.

Only heads up to the Recruitment team as they are very helpful and professionally supportive. Especially their manager (fair one and wears specs) being a manager he’s always available on call or in the interview area.

Completely Poor and Toxic work Environment. Negative workplace culture including office politics, Favoritisms or harassment can make it difficult to work productively. No job security. Now taking about Employee HR’s. They are completely unprofessional and never helpful. On the difficult times whenever we need them, they are never helpful and always say WE ARE BUSY RIGHT NOW. Basically on every organisation HR’s do be with their employees on floor for any kind of help but here they are 2 of them but are never available in office.
