The CEO is a big bully and trash. I have seen a whole HR team resigning and leaving the organization within a span of approx 45 days, they were 5, so can be understood how the work culture was! Two so called managers are there who are no less trash and bully like the CEO himself. They will hire good looking young hot chicks ignoringdeserving male and average looking females which we have seen several times. Management is helpful and co-operative. You can reach out to them directly and they will help you out as soon as possible. The best thing about company is our CEO, he will interact with you and you will never feel nervous due to his down to earth nature.

Dislikes

When you have high number of process and employees then it reduce the interaction between employee and their manager. No dislikes but the only suggestion to have a monthly meeting with the employees to know their point of view in regards to development and improvement. Because it may possible that we missed few thing due to busy schedule which they can highlight us.

Management is completely messed up. They have a pathetic client. Managers and Leads are cleverly and cunningly biased. No work ethics. Work culture is worse. Management's style of handling subordinates is typically like a modern slavery. HRs at the time of hiring makes deceitful comments related to growth and that is how they sell ideas in order to hire and fulfill the management hiring requirements. Most communicative recruiting team (Mallar and Sulagna) . Getting training direct from clients. Amazing neat and clean office stations. Nice and organised cafeteria. Good ambience. Helpful seniors like Sunny sir, Khaba sir and Divya mam. Shift timings are perfect for me. Have the facility of drops at night.
