Learnd many skills working in process but when it comes to the management it's totally worst. I worked 4 years I have not even taken single comp off I don't know where was that.still I didn't get 15 days salary after surving the notice period called HR ,MANAGER and main breach but there no response</mark>. I completed disappointed because 15 days salary is not small amount for me per day 8 to 9 hours I am spend my time gave my best why should I leave and if any one came and asking me to work in cogent I will never suggest him to work....Read More

None, i did not liked working there, only thing was just working for salary, no work environment, no satisfaction

It's very good opportunity to be associated with cogent. And coming to company policies its very strict from an entry employee level to management department level everyone is equally treated and job is very secured and valued level organization

Only drawback is no Incentives and less salary also we can't expect from a domestic company.

My work is pretty good and enjoyed to do interestingly with good team. It is simple yet so challenging. Very nice environment its cool and composed to work freely and flexibly.

My kindest advice. Please don't go there. I like the company but. After 45 days of work, they'll leave you without any pay. Even if ur performance is the best. The client only decides everything.No job security
