Company should have mimumm managing skills with agents and process ..there is not benifits from company and poor managing skills .bad experience with the company no holidays even on week off they used to call to do login.no freedom even for breaks.no commication between agents

Cogent policy and the way off talks and the process controller are totally talk with disrespect like you are nothing and they will give pressure to work because of the policy you cannot even deny that you are not comfortable and your skill are not on that target. Very toxic work culture. Even on your off day they would ask you to punch in n out, even if you have a medical emergency they will ask you to be present at office, managers & TL hold grudges when you’re not able do extra duty hours & they will cancel all your bonuses & even cut your salary in the name short log in hours. What i like about cogent is that i meet some new people, and i had a great experience of my life with them.

There is nothing about cogent which is like rather than i meet some people who became a family for me. If we are talking about work culture, which is very poor, no promotion. Facilities are no pf, no job security, joining date will be post training if you successfully completed the training.

Honestly speaking I did not like anything about Cogent E Services. The work life balance is literally horrendously disgusting honestly. The Managers will call you to work even on week offs and will tell that you will be paid more if you come on week offs but later you won’t be paid anything extra. The DGM Ravinder was the most cruelperson I have ever seen in my life. He used to treat the employees really bad and used to shout at everybody. Hence, the work environment and work culture was poor. Cogent is the worst company I've ever seen. No motivating work culture. Senior managers keep abusing their juniors in front of every one on the floor, junior managers do the same with thier under working and same with things ends up with executive who is only to listen and face consequences in terms of salary deductions, un-timed week offs , no leaves when u in need, marking half days without any cause etc. First cogent say they are hiring you for inbound voice calls, then during training they will start saying that you have to do up-sale the products also and after training they will give you targets of sale. And if you hit the target some how,their eyes is on finding a minor single mistake in order to deduct money. Hence horrible company. No mental/professional satisfaction here.
