Company policies are very good,good salary hike and flexible timing. Teammates are very joyful and motivated towards the goals.

Dislikes

As QA first I have to analyse the system first and afterthat we can work further, without documentation and system flow it's difficult. Yes they helped me out when i asked them , but that's not a way they should maintain documentation of the product.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
