One thing in the company is that the salary is paid on time and the second thing is that the conveyance is cut and the salary is also cut a lot and we reduce the log active activity by a very high percentage and the ATM card is cut at 8.

Rest people even though very deserving are not credited with anything from work from home to variables, appraisals and other perks. They do not promote learning and growth. No Like for this worst company, only harassment of employees, only strict rules for timings. They are doing business by contract HR will contact you for interview in CMS Info Systems, but your joining will be in Dominant Systems and salary structure is very poor.

Dislikes

No increment, no benefit, no allowance for extra duty hours, no proper Managment, no HR team to hear your concerns, only, poor growth in company. No revision in salary even after 4 years. You can't share your views with anyone because you will be rotate by CMS and Dominant.
