Some top level persons have established their supremacy over this company, they have made their own teams from top to bottom, who are engaged in hollowing out the company by doing corruption. Every branch level worker is harassed, salary is not good, neither they get any incentive, nor they get proper progress salary & grade wise. Employees are wandering here & there for the issues, no one is supposed to attend them for welfare, working here is compulsion like living in hell, only 1 / 2 out of hundred workers are satisfied, who are involved in their team. Wages are deducted instead of paying over time. And on protesting, threats are received by the authorities. Warning: Be unemployed but don’t get stuck here, don’t spoil your life, your work life balance would be horrible; they used employee since the wake up to the late night working without paying over time to operations team, even they deduct the O.T. of poor 4th grade employees (Custodian, Driver & Gunmen) who are the pillars of company....Read More

No salary hike I personally work for all most 3years with same salary. This is the biggest demotivate thing. No promotion how good you are but the designation will be same . No job security If any one want to join this company please don't because day by day you pressurise and you will find there is no value for experienced person. Thank you

From work culture to appraisals. Only the manager’s favourite get good appraisals and work from home. Rest people even though very deserving are not credited with anything from work from home to variables, appraisals and other perks. They do not promote learning and growth. It has an Indian babu culture.

I have save all penalty for pune circle of my clients pnb ,sbi and the cms head mr ajaykumar Pandey is very disgusting manager I have ever seen I have a medical emergency in my home and I'm there for the same company will not allowed the leave and they said you will abscond in cms . In cms company I'm working from 3 years and they treat me like a waste thing no medical policy given to employee

No Like for this worst company, only harassment of employees, only strict rules for timings. They are doing business by contract HR will contact you for interview in CMS Info Systems, but your joining will be in Dominant Systems and salary structure is very poor.

Dislikes

No increment, no benefit, no allowance for extra duty hours, no proper Managment, no HR team to hear your concerns, only, poor growth in company. No revision in salary even after 4 years. You can't share your views with anyone because you will be rotate by CMS and Dominant.
