Some top level persons have established their supremacy over this company, they have made their own teams from top to bottom, who are engaged in hollowing out the company by doing corruption. Every branch level worker is harassed, salary is not good, neither they get any incentive, nor they get proper progress salary & grade wise. Employees are wandering here & there for the issues, no one is supposed to attend them for welfare, working here is compulsion like living in hell, only 1 / 2 out of hundred workers are satisfied, who are involved in their team. Wages are deducted instead of paying over time. And on protesting, threats are received by the authorities. Warning: Be unemployed but don’t get stuck here, don’t spoil your life, your work life balance would be horrible; they used employee since the wake up to the late night working without paying over time to operations team, even they deduct the O.T. of poor 4th grade employees (Custodian, Driver & Gunmen) who are the pillars of company....Read More
