Poor vision with poor policies laid down for customer service employees by top level management . Till date they are unable to identify different areas that exist in customer service & actual no. Of people required to handle the task as per the different areas and different nature of task involved in Customer service. The only emphasis is on cost cutting and putting all the burden on limited staff & expecting them to perform with perfection and excellence. Really pathetic work culture & underpaid salary culture. Just to secure or justify existence of any other department , in the name of cost cutting customer service department is the scapegoat. The average hike percentage in salary is not more than 3%. Instead of shutting down APL they should have learned from APL what customer service is all about and how to pay a handsome salary and hire adequate staff required to perform CS task effectively & efficiently....Read More
