Unhealthy working culture. Even if the management know that there is a need of extra FT still they try to manage it within given FT which results to additional workload by extending and working on weekends as well which led to health issues. Salary hike is also a major concern. Don't expect any major hike. This is for back office.

Dislikes - worst management I experienced in this organisation. Unnecessary mirco management, Managers comparing the works of executives in front of the people, inspite of good track record. So called Directors comes at executives level, and taunting executives Some Managers used to forgot the things then it's create problem in future.
