1- DIGITAL CONNECTION PROJECT MANAGER

• Responsible for supporting the Rollout Manager on Commercial activities, Business Intelligence, Billing, Legal and User Experience in elements like Rollout Manager Support, Regional officers support, KPI follow up etc

2- Digital Business Analyst Process ANALYST

• The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including support teams at different levels, project teams, and the eCommerce network, to ensure seamless implementation and alignment of support processes with business objectives

3- PROXY PRODUCT OWNER My CUSTOMER SERVICE

• Will be responsible for Ensure Backlog Maintenance, Perform Testing, Deepen and Evolve the Vision of MyCustomerService, Coordination & Communication, Support for "Run", Expected Deliverables.

4- PROXY PRODUCT OWNER NOVA CARE ECOMMERCE

Will be responsible for Backlog Management and Monitoring, Conduct testing, Enhance the existing eCommerce Customer Support Solution, Coordination and Communication, Support for "Run", Expected Deliverables.

5- Business Analyst Selfcare content manager

• Will be responsible for Selfcare content maintenance, Customer experience continuous improvement, Global communication.

6- Business analyst Product real time visibility / inland

• Will be responsible for Inland Real-time visibility (RTV) of the three intermodal modes of transport: rail, road and barge, World Wide scope

- Collection from our vendors and display (website & APIs) of inland tracking data flows

- Maintenance of referential (zone entry and exit polygons)

- Monitor Data Quality linked to tracking (collection and delivery addresses)

- Other adjacent projects

7- API Website Product Owner - eCommerce Professional Services

• Will be responsible for Product Ownership & Strategy, Backlog Management & Delivery, Backlog Management & Delivery, SCRUM & Agile Practices, Collaboration & Communication, International Focus, Focus on Reliability & Compliance

8- Senior Analyst - eCommerce Professional Services

• Will be responsible for: negotiate with HO/CMA CGM IT/ Service Providers for a solution/fix, Conduct training and workshop, Prepare standard operating procedure (SOP), Production roll-out plan and post-delivery follow up, Understand the business process, preparing business requirement, risk analysis.

9 - DIGITAL PRODUCT OWNER

• Under the responsibility of Head of a Digital Product Line, theDigital Product Owner will be responsible for monitoring the implementation of changes made to one of the functional modules of the Digital Product Line.

10- BUSINESS RELEASE MANAGER

• Under the responsibility of the Head of the Digital Product Team, you contribute to the governance of the Digital Product Roadmap.
• You ensure the global coherence of the activities and the good communication between the teams to guarantee the performance of the Team
• You work closely with the other teams PMOs to ensure proper application and coherence of the Department activities and processes.

11- DIGITAL CONTENT MANAGER

Will be responsible for:

• Analyzing the existing communication process
• Collecting the needs and expectations of the various stakeholders in the communication process of the eCommerce platform (Network, Product, Communication)
• Proposing appropriate processes and content if needed to replace the existing ones
• Supervising the implementation or even implementing the new processes if necessary
• Producing/Assisting in the production of new content

12- DIGITAL PRODUCT OWNER - SENIOR MANAGER

• As a Senior Manager of the Digital Product Team, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination and delivery of product initiatives while fostering collaboration between the local team and the head office. Will be responsible for Team Coordination, Collaboration with Head Office, Agile Facilitation, Project Management, Stakeholder Communication, Resource Management

13- DIGITAL CONNECTION PROJECT MANAGER

• The Digital Connections project manager is responsible for supporting the Rollout Manager on Commercial activities, Business Intelligence, Billing, Legal and User Experience. He will be in charge of elements like: Rollout Manager Support, Regional Officers Support, Billing process responsible, KPI follow up, Reporting, Sales and ProServices connection.

14- Senior Analyst - eCommerce Professional Services

Understand customers business nature, models, scenarios, Investigate and resolve eCommerce related problems, and monitor the technical issues resolution progress, Well versed in API/EDI, negotiate with HO/CMA CGM IT/ Service Providers
