Don't know about other teams but i can say yes, there is job security. everybody supports you. you get time to learn things. there is very good documentation, meaning lot of things are documented. there is no internal framework, everything is pure.

Dislikes

1. there is concept of block leave of 10 days which many ppl dont like. 2. before covid pandemic, many had complaints about food in company, first of they dont provide it, and whatever they provide is costly and not of good quality and after many complaints also HR dont do anything on it..

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
