1. Flat heirarchy 2. Gets a exposure at how office politics work. 3. If in dev team you get good exposure of end to end working of an application. 4. In certain teams senior people are seriously talented.

Dislikes

1. Micro management regarding office timings and work. 2. No or marginable increment and bonus. 3. Too much office politics. 4. Higher management doesn't have any clue of the future of company . 5. Too much chinese influence in office workings. 6. Management doesn't want you to grow. 7. Legacy tech stack. 8. Luck based growth opportunities. 9. You can be fired at anytimes whenever chinese management decides to reduce headcount without any justification. 10. Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
