I have had great experience working at this company. One of the things i love the most is how much I get to learn-there's always something new to learn which keeps everything exciting. Dislikes

One thing that could be better at Cloud4C is the internal processes. Sometimes, with the company growing so quickly, things can feel a little disorganized and communication between teams could be smoother. That being said, the leadership is aware and actively working on improving these areas, so I'm hopeful it'll get better.

There will be no work life balance in this company. You will definitely have a feeling as if you are working for Indian army or Police Department due to the hectic work load you handle for different types of customers. Be aware that there is no WFH.
