It’s a Hell. No work life balance. Working more than 14 hours. And you will get late night calls to look into the issue. The Team CDC is a scrap. No learning , only support work. No one will look at your technical skills. Ticket assigned and closing the main day to day tasks irrespective of quality of work you did. This is Support Center just like a BPO

I have had great experience working at this company. One of the things i love the most is how much I get to learn-there's always something new to learn which keeps everything exciting. Plus the people are amazing too. My manager is super helpful and friendly to work with. And the culture is fun and lively.

Like any place, there are a few thing that can be improved, things can get bit hectic with so much happening at once, but its a good place to learn

Good for technical development. Nothing more than that.

There will be no work life balance in this company. You will definitely have a feeling as if you are working for Indian army or Police Department due to the hectic work load you handle for different types of customers. Be aware that there is no WFH.
