I have been working with Cloud4C for 5 months, and it has been incredible rewarding experience. The company provides ample opportunities to work on challenging projects in multi cloud environments for global customers, which has significantly enhanced my skills and knowledge. The support from the technical teams and superiors is outstanding. They are always ready to help and guide whenever needed. Nothing much to like here, no projects, false promises. most employees working here doesn't understand their work lack skills. Top management is spineless. They will ask employees to give good reviews as they have paid for great place to work.

Dislikes

Everything from petty politics to poor management. They dont have any clarity what they want to achieve. They will hire unnecessary people to micromanage who dont have any skills. Wfh is not given. manager will take wfh without any approvals and wont give wfh to others, other than their favourites.

I have had great experience working at this company. One of the things i love the most is how much I get to learn-there's always something new to learn which keeps everything exciting. Plus the people are amazing too. My manager is super helpful and friendly to work with. And the culture is fun and lively.

What I like about working at Cloud4C is the chance to be part of an innovative, forward-thinking company. The work environment is collaborative and there is always something new to learn. There is a great work-life balance which is something I truly value.

Dislikes

One thing that could be better at Cloud4C is the internal processes. Sometimes, with the company growing so quickly, things can feel a little disorganized and communication between teams could be smoother. That being said, the leadership is aware and actively working on improving these areas, so I'm hopeful it'll get better.

Good for technical development. Nothing more than that.

Dislikes

There will be no work life balance in this company. You will definitely have a feeling as if you are working for Indian army or Police Department due to the hectic work load you handle for different types of customers. Be aware that there is no WFH.

The company environment is good. Female employees are treated with care. But the career advancement is based on luck.

Managers will not allow employees for career growth. Leaves are given on partial treatment. Work from office is mandatory.
