To be honest there's nothing to like about working at this company.

Almost everything but most importantly the shift timings and u have to be available all the time even after your 5 days shift, which badly affects employee's mental and physical health.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
