I got placed there in my last year of IIT and I am lucky to observe so much toxic culture in my first place. Where hardworkers are not even getting appreciation and the buttering people are getting big PPOs and promotions. Decided to let go after my intern.

Working like a slave for 7 days 23 hours. They don't want to hire you, they just want to get their work done. If you are talented they won't respect you and will torture you mentally.

*Short answer* : Don't join this company as a fresher, unless you're desperate for money and don't have any other option. Fake promises - Some people have to work 6 months as an intern despite of full time promise after 3 months Poor Management - HR executives don't care about you. They are there to just tell you things that your manager can't say directly. They won't even answer your queries. Poor conduct towards employees - They won't leave you alone even during holidays. Even after 6 PM, you'll be asked for updates and be ordered to finish your task asap. And to save themselves from bad direct reviews after people quit, they will remove all their company related accounts and break all contact before clearing all the dues. -They can fire you without reason at any time whether if you are a critical resource also(our job depends on CEO samar singla mood) -In november 2020 they fired 30 qa engineers and 25 developers without reason directly got call on the next day and terminated without notice period -No benifits other than salary -Work life balance terrible you may get call at any time for work even it is weekend

One thing i like the most about working in click labs is scope of learning. This company provides ample opportunity to choose whichever profile we want. The working culture is good here. And thry have employee rehire policy which i like the most.

No learning opportunity as you don't have write code they just white label the previous written codes. Salaries are Decent

Dislikes

Hiring and firing is main mantra of Jungoo and clicklabs. Example they hired a batch of 35 students and just only one was there at the end rest are fired .you can ask anyone in there all talk shit about it. Worst experience ever I had .
