Job Description

Jungleworks is seeking an experienced Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, particularly in the B2B SaaS space. As an SDR, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and building a robust pipeline of opportunities. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to drive sales growth and ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to generate new business opportunities in the B2B SaaS space.
Research and identify key decision-makers at target companies, using tools such as LinkedIn, CRM systems, and other prospecting platforms.
Qualify inbound leads and convert them into sales-qualified opportunities for the Account Executives.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of Jungleworks' SaaS products to prospective clients and schedule product demos or meetings.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and campaigns.
Track and maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, sales activities, and outcomes in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales development goals, including meetings booked, opportunities created, and response rates.
Ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads to the sales team, maintaining clear communication and follow-up throughout the process.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product updates, and competitive offerings to effectively position Jungleworks' solutions in the market.

Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales development goals and KPIs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with potential clients.
Experience using sales development tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, or similar platforms.
Ability to conduct in-depth research and identify key decision-makers.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
Passion for technology, SaaS sales, and driving business success.
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience (preferred but not required).
