Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive with 1-4 years of experience in the automotive or sales domain

The ideal candidate will handle customer booking inquiries, coordinate with the garage team, and develop strong relationships with corporate clients such as dealerships and car rental companies in Dubai

This role requires a customer-oriented approach, excellent communication skills, and a knack for converting inquiries into successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

Booking Coordination:

â—‹ Manage WhatsApp inquiries for service bookings.

â—‹ Coordinate with the garage team to confirm booking times and dates.

â—‹ Communicate confirmations to customers in a timely and professional manner.

Data Management:

â—‹ Maintain daily records of inquiries and bookings.

â—‹ Prepare and share reports on inquiries, bookings, and conversions.

Customer Engagement:

â—‹ Follow up with potential customers who have inquired but not yet booked.

â—‹ Engage with customers to understand their needs and address any concerns.

Corporate Client Acquisition:

â—‹ Establish and maintain relationships with car dealerships and rental companies in

Dubai.

â—‹ Convert corporate prospects into long-term customers for garage services.

â—‹ Act as the point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring their needs are met.

Market Research:

â—‹ Stay updated on the automotive service market in Dubai.

â—‹ Identify trends and opportunities for customer acquisition and retention.

Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive service or sales domain.

Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).

Proficiency in managing customer inquiries through platforms like WhatsApp and CRM

tools.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
