Management will not communicate with employees what is going on with employee and also with company. They will give appraisal whenever they feel like but no policy or rules in the company. Also no extra benifit apart from salary. Not even medical insurance to the employee

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
