Good advertising Company. You learn here how to work in a team, basically you must deal with client. It is a branch office in Kolkata. Head office is Bangalore. Personally branch manager is good person.

Dislikes

Being a branch office it is not growing properly and job is not secure here.

Work Details

Looking after the Followings :- 1. Making Sales Report daily 2. Monthly Revenue Statement 3. P.tax 4. Billings & Payments 5. Cash & bank transactions 6. Filling etc.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?

Office work and other facilities are good in this company.my company is renowned and well-known in outdoor branding and promotion field.. I just loved this company where I m working for

There is nothing but the salary structure of all employees are very low..

Work Details

I am the hr. Executive of classic agency. I have to see all the administration work, employees problem and needs, companies basic problem solving and also I have a responsiblity to handle companies funding, cash and accounts.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
