Liking the culture and environment of the company. People are friendly at work. Seniors and Management motivates and consult about the areas where one can grow. Friday Fun is being organized by HR team to celebrate fun activities with enjoyment.

Team always supports me in all the challenges that I face. They guide me to manage things that develop my skills and thought process. Fun activities happens often. Everyone takes break and enjoy those moments. Overall I can say; A good place to work.

Claritus is specialized in developing and designing Softwares and Apps based on their client's need. Amazing Clientele from different industries. There is a set path of growth and lots of learning opportunities.

No cons as such. Though sometimes decision making get delays due to unavailability of resources.

Claritus is a good company to start and grow your carrier. I found people here more interactive with each other to share their experiences and ideas. Amazing Culture and Aligned towords individual as well as organization`s growth.

Comapny provides enough opportunities to freshers, I got to learn new technologies. you will not be laid-over unless you have a bad attitude or poor work performance. Salary is always paid on time.

Please read it till the end because it’s SHOCKING! - I didn’t say it but the servants they are very creepy they try to sneak into women’s washrooms also this institution does nothing in order to support you taking break because of an emergency! - Also I recently resigned by opting the last date of my service and they’re forcing me to complete the notice period that’s vague and invalid. - The staff is also very uncooperative I asked to change my system because it’s so hard to operate from it but they didn’t change it but I still worked with it. - And the most terrible thing is they’re asking for the money they didn’t even pay me can you imagine that?...Read More
