I always was looking to work in a company like Claritus because here is work environment is well and colleagues are really nice. I enjoy the time at work. Salary is on time always. No delay. Satisfactory annual increment. Scheduled leaves are approved by Manager.

Looking for few more complex projects to work upon.

Liking the culture and environment of the company. People are friendly at work. Seniors and Management motivates and consult about the areas where one can grow. Friday Fun is being organized by HR team to celebrate fun activities with enjoyment.

Not realized till now. Just amazing everything.

Team always supports me in all the challenges that I face. They guide me to manage things that develop my skills and thought process. Fun activities happens often. Everyone takes break and enjoy those moments. Overall I can say; A good place to work.

Claritus is specialized in developing and designing Softwares and Apps based on their client's need. Amazing Clientele from different industries. There is a set path of growth and lots of learning opportunities.

No cons as such. Though sometimes decision making get delays due to unavailability of resources.

There is nothing to like about claritus other than in and out timing. Otherwise complete 9 course punch time, Bad infra, management with no skills or may be management is skilled and you are overskilled.

Dislikes

I joined Claritus and left/ laid off before probation completed. This literally pute Bad impression on my resume bit one can't help with it. They belive in hire and fire policy.
