I always was looking to work in a company like Claritus because here is work environment is well and colleagues are really nice. I enjoy the time at work. Salary is on time always. No delay. Satisfactory annual increment. Scheduled leaves are approved by Manager.

Looking for few more complex projects to work upon.

Please read it till the end because it’s SHOCKING! - I didn’t say it but the servants they are very creepy they try to sneak into women’s washrooms also this institution does nothing in order to support you taking break because of an emergency! - Also I recently resigned by opting the last date of my service and they’re forcing me to complete the notice period that’s vague and invalid. - The staff is also very uncooperative I asked to change my system because it’s so hard to operate from it but they didn’t change it but I still worked with it. - And the most terrible thing is they’re asking for the money they didn’t even pay me can you imagine that?...Read More

They are not professional. Job security is not there. They will not understand your issues and overload you with other stuff. During my period of 6 months, approx 34 employees left the organization and they harass them by sending legal notice.

There is nothing to like about claritus other than in and out timing. Otherwise complete 9 course punch time, Bad infra, management with no skills or may be management is skilled and you are overskilled.

Dislikes

I joined Claritus and left/ laid off before probation completed. This literally pute Bad impression on my resume bit one can't help with it. They belive in hire and fire policy.
