You will work in all branch operations and it will help in gaining knowledge in all sections in branch banking

Dislikes

Dont think about getting as permanent (promotion). There are staffs who even not getting permanent even after 5 years. Because of that if you take leave it will be under loss of pay. They will give you branches which is one night travel distance from your hometown. Wont give you transfer even if your parents are hospitalised.
