1.no salary hikes. 2.pressure for achieving targets. 3.There is no proper allocation of man power in branches and department. 4.Prmotion interviews will happen 2 times in a year. But have to wait for 1 year to get the order(after we got selected). 5.They don't consider for how much knowledge you have you may finished(JAIIB AND CAIIB).They simply hold us without giving confirmation order even for 4 years.(you can only get confirmation if you have only 6 A/A+ grades by achieving the targets). 6.Initial salary package were good.But even after years your salary wont hiked that much. 7.If you are engineering background.please,Dont take this as permanent job.You are forced to do marketing /sales ....Read More
