An experience working with the young. An opportunity to train the staff and present the organisation for certification for ISO 9001 & 14000

Dislikes

Salary was certainly not commensurate with the Job Profile. Family run organisation with limited scope for innovation

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
