Sudden termination due to project termination without notice. No cashing leave policy. Nk notice pay policy after termination. No insurance for family .No I time salary credit .

Nothing to like here, or the fake promises they make. I really liked that.

Dislikes

No salary paid, no dedicated office space, stay with manager in 2bhk flat, work in same flat. Unresponsive HR Ruchi Savant. No real Projects. Not supporting manager. Will fire you any time over gmeet (been there in this situation). No Saturday off

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
