Infrastructure is nice

They not allow you to change location. They are treating relocation as a taboo which is very sad, no one will help you in this. People are using same SAS and excel macro based codes not even using python. No scope to learn new this. Just do regular BAU and some times Adhoc request like download data from perticular database. No promotions, poor salary hikes.

I am not sure if at all there is anything which i can say i liked about CITI.

Work culture is horrible, long working hours no appreciation. You are expected to work on weekends.

I really can't think of anything to like in that hell-of-a-place, literally.

Could have given -5 on company culture, but sadly 1 is the lowest possible here. My personal opinion is "this has been the worst place I have worked in my life till now". Personal attacks by managers, no team work, discouragement to speak-up by using your statements against you, no mentoring even for freshers, not much to learn, andthe list can go on & on & on... It seems like a nightmare now, which is getting over now. My personal suggestion to anyone planning to join CitiCorp would be to check the culture of the specific team before you join.
