People in office are good and helpful Offered salary was competative Good leave policy (PL+SL+ bank holidays)

1.Terrible management specially those who are in Singapore, Swiss etc 2.No WLB as such forgot about weekdays even they expect you to work on weekends and national holidays 3. Process in citi is the worst its like they are against development team to delay release, they are still following water fall model in 2023 but requirment s are updating as if it agile project. 30-50% of the team is suffering from wlb i guess specially in PBWM other departments idk. I dont recommend someone to join it unless you just want salary...Read More
