My experience with Cirrius was really good. I joined Cirrius Technology as a fresher. I learned lots of things like testing skills, Database, how to clear your junior doubts and how to manage your junior teammates in the absence of Team lead.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I am glad to work in this company. I learn many things in this company. Its best for fresher who want to learn new things.

There is no on-job training for fresher, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step , which is a pain sometimes. Because we have to work + guide. Otherwise every thing is fine.

Generally speaking, As long as I get to work closely with the client, it will be a great learning experience. To handle client issue and get appreciation from client its nice and feel happy.

Team was good, no travel involved. No processes followed, no SDLC model followed.

Dislikes

Work culture, rigidity towards changes and introducing SDLC processes. No job security. HR policies are worse. They throw you out in a month's time after recruiting you without giving notice and severance this running your career. Won't suggest for Laterals at all. However, okay for freshmen - development , sales.

Product Manager. The CEO/ Owner was so rigid to introduce processes an bring in SDLC into picture that he almost made everyone's life miserable. The testers and developers including the product management teams were in terrible shape!
