If you are in India, Job security cannot be assured. They follow US Culture. Management doesn't discuss their decisions , however imp it might b to an employee's role in the company. If they decide to sack you, you are asked to resign the very same day. Not much growth options as well. Your designation might change, actual duties responsibilities might not. They allow employees to introduce their ideas for betterment of the company. Work culture is gud. But most employees work 24/7 which might not be advisable to all. Management isn't that responsible. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
