Very good management. CEO is accessible to all that too any time. Learned & enjoyed work. Pay is also comparable to high standard EDA company. Other numerous benefits which are not mentioned in offer letter.

Dislikes

Need to work as contractor to other companies. And those clients sometimes do partiality.
